Jackie is Set to Make North America Cinema Box Office Record - ONE Billion as an Asian Posted by Anthropy on June 18, 2010 - 9:39 pm 175.156.53.60 Jackie is soon going to be the first Asian to break the ONE BILLION box office milestone in North America Cinema. Well, this is really something of an achievement in terms of pure box office numbers. And, this number from Mojo didn't include his voice-works and his cameo appearances. In the Mojo People Index, Jackie currently ranks at No. 151 with a total box office intake of $991,831,683 (from 20 main starring movies including The Karate Kid). For an Asian or anyone who's not from North America or Europe, it's a pretty darn good feat! As his box office total is set to make a history by this Friday 18 June 2010, and the forum has been pretty quiet in these few days despite TKK's rousing box office performance But anyway, I just thought it would be nice to have a thread dedicated to this...... (Well, one thing to confess, I pasted the same message to mojo and IMDB's boards as well to make more people aware of this......) It's worthwhile to congratulate Jackie for it!
